Shipping and Returns
A copy of the invoice must accompany any return
We accept returns for exchange or refund, 20 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 20 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered, with original tags attached and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
- without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
- within 20 calendar days of the delivery date (after 20 days no returns are allowed)
- must not be a special order or a custom order
- unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 20 days noted in that item's particular item description.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
Again you MUST contact us within 20 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 20 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault. It is recommended the customer uses a tracking number, Valleau Apparel is not responsible for lost shipments.
Sale Items are FINAL SALE and can only be returned for store credit or refund. Items may be exchanged for a different size if we still have the item in stock. Please contact us if you would like to exchange for a different size.
All items are shipped by the United States Postal Service First Class Mail, unless otherwise stated. Domestic shipments generally take from 3-7 business days. International shipments usually take 7-16 business days. Shipments are not made on Sundays or Holidays.
Valleau Apparel is not responsible for additional customs, fees, or taxes. International buyers may be responsible for additional fees upon delivery if your country has these policies in place. *UK buyers, most packages delivered to the UK encounter additional fees put in place by the Royal Mail, please be prepared to pay these.
HOW TO RETURN
If returning please include a copy of your invoice as well as a note stating which size you would like to exchange for, or if you would like a refund. Please send all packages to:
